Total Gym Apex G3 Review

Replicating the gym experience at home has been a challenge for many fitness equipment manufacturers for many years now.

Manufacturers had to consider first and foremost how to make it affordable to the market and yet integrating as many workout variations as possible covering both cardio and strength training into one piece of equipment.

The footprint is another major consideration since not many of us can afford to sacrifice a big space for a home gym setup.

Ideally, it must be compact or easily stored when not in use and yet versatile enough to provide different weight resistance levels depending on where you are in your fitness journey.

Sounds impossible to achieve right? Luckily, it’s not. The Total Gym Apex G3’s innovative design provides integrated cardio, strength, stretching, and full-body workout for any age or fitness level. It is easy on the wallet, does not eat too much space, and can be easily folded for storage purposes.

What Do People Say About It?

Amazon

Total Gym Apex G3 haven been receiving a lot of positive reviews with a rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars on Amazon, A review made by Johnny Appleseed from the United Kingdom and wrote:

“At this time of self-isolation and social distancing, this is the perfect machine to exercise at home. It pretty much covers most of your needs. Lots of exercises are being proposed. An exercise machine and Pilates reformer in one. Whoever came up with the concept many years ago was a genius.”

Another review made by samoht from the United States and wrote:

“I’ve always wanted one of these but never bothered but since this terrible virus closed my gym I decided to give it a try. I must say this is one of the best things I’ve ever bought. I see why it’s called the Total Gym! There is nothing you can’t do on this machine. No more gym memberships for me! So far it seems sturdy and well built. I love it!”

The Verdict: Should I buy it?

The Total Gym Apex G3 is designed to provide more than 70 exercise variations at the comfort of your own home.

Although it can cater to anyone due to its innovative and versatile design to replicate many gym workouts, extreme bodybuilders may find it a bit lacking in terms of weight resistance since it is limited with the bodyweight of the user plus an added resistance from the slope of the sliding board.

But overall, it’s still a solid piece of equipment that can do cardio, strength, and flexibility workouts. The likelihood of getting injured due to stress on joints is significantly reduced since it uses the user’s body weight as resistance.

It’s ideal for those who want to save on gym memberships or save up on time going to and from the gym, or those extreme bodybuilders who just want to maintain their fitness in between regular gym visits.
